The congregation ID should be a five-digit code. If your ID contains fewer than five digits, please add zeros to the beginning of the ID.



To access the Congregational Leadership Directory:

• Enter the five-digit congregation identification number (including all zeros), and
• In the Password box enter the eight-digit password.
• You will find both the congregation's ID number and the matching password printed in the upper right corner of the paper version of Form A which you received in the mail.
