Elijah Furquan
Elijah "Genesis Renji" Furquan writes hip-hop and poetry. He is working to become a recognizable hip-hop artist not only in the Midwest, but worldwide. His poetry has led him to numerous opportunities, among them are as a previous team member of the 2010 Wisconsin Brave New Voices International teen poetry team, and a member of the 2011 Milwaukee National Poetry Slam team. Genesis also uses his music and poetry to minister to youth and adults.
