Welcome to Rediscover Macedonia, an initiative to assist ELCA congregations and members as they grow in a spirit of gratitude and generosity. The first-century Christians of Macedonia demonstrated abundant joy and a wealth of generosity. It is this spirit that is in our heritage as Christians and as the ELCA. It is this spirit that moves us to share our spiritual and financial blessings with others.
Just as we are open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the content of this website is flexible and organic for your context. Through biblical reflection, one-on-one conversations, a relational ask and more, this initiative strives to equip steward leaders for God’s work. This work is made possible partly by the regular giving of individuals and congregations as Mission Support through their synods to the churchwide organization.
