Bibles for your Leaders at no cost

 

Here's help for your Leaders... 
 
We are committed to assisting up to 15 congregations in each synod in starting, or re-starting an effective men's ministry by supplying up to six congregational men's leaders in those congregations with complimentary copies of The Master Builders Bible for Men with the Men's Ministry Leaders Supplement. 

Lutheran Men in Mission encourages four to six men to form a men's ministry leadership team in each congregation. The Men's Ministry Leaders Supplement walks leaders through each step of building an effective congregational men's ministry. 

If you are one of the first 15 congregations to contact your synod leader (see "contact us" to find your synod leader), he will deliver 4-6 Bibles to your congregation. 

What we ask in return is that:

1) your leaders work through the Leaders Supplement and 

2) you send us the names and addresses of those who have received the Bibles. 

If your synod leader is out of Bibles, or you need to order more @ $20/Bible, you may do so by contacting Augsburg Fortress Publishers.

2008 "Coming of Age" Lutheran Men's Gathering

"Coming of age" takes at least two meanings for Lutheran Men in Mission (LMM). At 20 years of age LMM is ready to step out on its own, celebrating a new relationship with the ELCA. It's also giving special emphasis to the spirituality of men aged 18 to 34 at its 2008 gathering this summer in Omaha, Neb.
