Other program positions take on a variety of characteristics, depending on the camping organization. Positions might include working with the summer program, programming retreats and environmental education. They typically work under the supervision of the site, associate, or program director.

Lutheran Camp Director Internship at Cross Trails Ministry located in Kerrville, Texas
Responsibilities
Work with program staff to provide hospitality and program to weekend guests; design summer program resources; help to design and implement retreat programs; aid in recruiting summer staff; work with administrative staff to track registrations and expenses; work with facilities staff to make sure the site is in good repair and clean; attend board and committee meetings; participate in weekly learning sessions designed to clarify your outdoor ministry philosophy.
Qualifications
A Christian in support of the philosophy and mission of the ELCA and Cross Trails Ministry; strong leadership ability, and demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and communication skill; ability to work on a team and show creative initiative; good physical condition and emotional maturity; must be a college graduate or senior.
Compensation
Weekly stipend; food, housing and utilities and up to $500 for medical
