The Associate Program and Retreat Director (APRD) will work closely alongside the Program and Retreat  Directors to ensure high-quality ministry programming, grounded in Lutheran (ELCA) theology and tradition. 

The APRD will have four primary areas of responsibility:

*  Congregational relationships;
*  High Ropes/Adventure Programming
*  Summer Camp Programming
*  Retreat Programming (focus on youth and family retreats)

Compensation
