Summer Employment

There are a variety of types of summer camps in the ELCA. Some camps do only high adventure programming, or primarily junior high programming, while others do programming for all ages. Each individual outdoor ministry organization interviews and hires their own staff. Contact the outdoor ministry site for which you would like to work to receive specific information concerning qualifications, responsibilities, salary and application process.
