Ecology

Creation for Kids in Church Camps

Ecology is literally the "study of the house," by which we mean the study of how all of the earth's parts interact in the grand scheme of life. This includes how animals interact with plants, how energy flows through the ecosystem, and how some animals eat other animals. When we study ecology, we are really studying God's house that God has given to us to explore, study, and from which to derive all of the needs for this life. Christians learn about God's immense creativity and design in all of the intricacies of the ecosystem. When using these activities, help children to appreciate God's good plan for all of creation through the interconnections of the earth’s organisms and resources.
