Web Jam

This game is a variation of the standard Log Jam group building activity, in which campers must arrange themselves in order (by birthday, height, etc) on a log without touching the ground and without talking, depending on the group. This game stresses the order of the food pyramid and the flow of energy through the ecosystem.

Instead of having them get in order by birthday or whatever have them get in order by levels of the food chain. Explain that one end is the producers and the other is the secondary consumers and that the campers must order themselves accordingly. Secretly to each person assign them different organisms. Depending on the level of the group, you can either have them not talk at all, or let them make a noise if theirorganism makes any or any associated movements or have them talk. They must end up arranged in order from the main 3 groups, producers, 1, then 2 consumers. As usual you must be the judge of what happens when they fall off, if everyone must start over or just that person
