Have a Healthy Heart event

This section contains everything you need to carry out a health event in support of our health initiative, Raising Up Healthy Women and Girls. It includes:

• A sample timeline to help ensure a smooth process and a well-planned, well-executed event.
• Ideas for presenters and other details to help you make sure everything is covered.
• The Service of Holy Communion and Healing is available for you to download.
• The Healthy Heart Fair, which enlarges our understanding of the scope of healthy living through E-S-P: Emotional health, Spiritual health, Physical health. By exploring up to 12 "stations of the heart," participants engage in hands-on activities that can be carried into daily life. Be creative with the tables. Photos of one way the tables were created will help you get started.
• The Run, Walk, Roll Guide with you everything you need to know to create and execute a successful event.
• Tip cards you can print that will remind participants how they can fit exercise into their routines every day.
• Sister Kindness certificates you can use to share yourself through acts of kindness.
