There's important information in your registration confirmation letter

Go to your online Congregational Registration Record,scroll down to your Final Confirmation Letter, and print the document. The Final Confirmation Letter contains your group's ServantLife assignment and other important information. You'll need to bring this document with you for on-site registration in New Orleans. Your Confirmation Letter contains:

  • On-site registration information
  • Balance due
  • Interest Area
  • ServantLife project assignment
  • ServantLife launch times, launch site, and bus number
  • Interaction Center and Learning assignments

Other important registration details

  • You'll need to check in at on-site registration when you arrive in New Orleans. It's up to you whether you register or check into your hotel first. One or more of your adult leaders are required to attend the adult leader orientation after registration. Participant shoulderbags containing a Gathering Bible, the Guidebook, a map, and other information can be picked up following completion of the adult leader orientation.
  • The $125 per-person registration deposit is non-refundable. No refunds are given for cancellations made after May 25, 2009, or for no-shows in New Orleans.
  • Housing assignments and registration confirmations were e-mailed to the Primary Leaders. Primary Leaders must make reservations directly with their assigned hotel.
