SPLASH! is about focusing on how many people we send out, rather than only how many we bring in. If we keep adjusting our focus outward, the health of our church will take care of the growth we need for mission.
SPLASH! recognizes that God's mission for the church is to carry the Good News out into the world. The distribution channel is already in place. Every member of the congregation — out in the world every day — is the Gospel's messenger.
When we realize how valuable we are, when the church affirms that we are just where God calls us to be, the incredible power of the Baptized is released. SPLASH! Ripples begin to make waves in the world!
