Registration for the 2012 Youth Gathering opens Oct. 9. Get a jump-start on the online registration process today!

Nearly 40,000 high-school-age ELCA members, adults and volunteers are expected to gather for the event July 18-22 in New Orleans. Gather as citizens with the saints to see what it means to love like Jesus by practicing discipleship, peacemaking and justice.

2012 Youth Gathering | Registration

The ELCA Fund for Leaders Class of 2011-2012. Since its inception 11 years ago, the Fund has supported about 800 students and distributed $7 million in scholarships.

Investing in the future

This church's investment in preparing its leaders "will yield returns beyond a life time," according to ELCA Presiding Bishop Mark Hanson.

As part of this church's commitment to supporting seminary students preparing for ministry, ELCA Fund for Leaders awarded 19 seminarians with full-tuition scholarships for the 2011-2012 academic year. Each student is enrolled in one of the eight ELCA seminaries.
