• 2008 PowerPoint presentation - "Holy Land: Recent History and the Quest for Peace" outlines the history of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and describes how the ELCA and the ELCJHL are working for peace; script and user guide.

  The bookmark artist is Palestinian, Zaki Baboun, born in 1962 to a Christian family in Bethlehem, where he lives and works today.  His art is mainly oil painting and often involves biblical subjects.
