God’s Mission in the World: An Ecumenical Christian Study Guide on Global Poverty and the Millennium Development Goals
Intended as a resource for congregations and other groups who are looking to broaden their understanding of global poverty and identify opportunities for action, the guide features six weekly devotional and educational sessions exploring Christian understandings of social justice and issues of global poverty, hunger and disease. Session Six of this series focuses on HIV, AIDS and malaria.

Keep the Promise
The Ecumenical Advocacy Alliance prepared this teaching resource on advocacy and HIV and AIDS as part of its HIV and AIDS campaign. The resource is aimed at young people age 11 to 16, but can be adapted for use with other groups. It includes an overview of basic facts about HIV and AIDS, shares stories of the impact of the AIDS pandemic on youth from around the world, and teaches youth how to make their voices heard in the global struggle to halt and reverse the spread of HIV.
