The Rev. Dr. James R. Thomas 

James R. Thomas is Pastor of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in the Bronx, New York. Thomas has served congregations in Jamaica, New York and served as an Assistant to the Bishop in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. He was formerly president of the African American Lutheran Association.
