The Rev. Dr. William R. Russell 

William R. Russell, an ELCA pastor at the McAfee School of Theology, has a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa. He is contributing editor of Martin Luther's Basic Theological Writings, 2nd edition (revised), and author of Praying for Reform: Luther, Prayer, and the Christian Life, both published by Augsburg Fortress.
