Ever since Luther took his famous stand and renewed the place of marriage in the priesthood, Lutherans have led the charge in merging faith and family. Lutheran theologians and social thinkers work to connect the love of Christ with the love which hold the Christian family together, and within growing debates about the meaning of marriage and the constitution of a family, we continue to look into what structures best exemplify and foster the Christian life.
