Resolved
To reaffirm the action taken by the 1989 Churchwide Assembly, which expresses this church’s commitment to address issues relating to sexual abuse and harassment, through the work of individuals, congregations, synods, the churchwide organization, and Lutheran agencies, institutions and schools; and
 
To refer the memorial of the South-Central Synod of Wisconsin to the Commission for Women and the Conference of Bishops, in consultation with the Division for Congregational Ministries and other churchwide units, as appropriate churchwide units continue to prepare educational materials to assist this church to address issues relating to sexual abuse.
