Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church

Grace English Evangelical Lutheran Church, a member of the Augustana Synod, was organized on October 31, 1909 for South Side residents who desired an English-speaking congregation. The congregation purchased a church building at 70th and Union and moved in on January 1, 1911. The building was remodeled in 1921 and a basement was added.
Grace Lutheran disbanded on August 10, 1958.
