Thank you for your interest in an international internship placement as part of the Horizon Internship Program. The international component of this program is coordinated by the ELCA seminaries, ELCA Global Mission, and the ELCA Congregational and Synodical Mission unit.

If you have any questions about the Horizon International Internship program, please contact your seminary's director of contextual education or contact Tammy Jackson in ELCA Global Mission. Before you apply for a Horizon International Internship, contact your seminary's director of contextual education to determine if your seminary has additional requirements.

There are four forms that needs to be submitted for an application, the application and three reference forms (right-click to download each):

• ELCA Horizon Internation Internship Application Form 
• Candidacy Committee Recommendation 
• Seminary Professor Recommendation 
• CPE Supervisor or Field Placement / Teaching Parish Supervisor Recommendation 

The three references that must be submitted to support your application should be confidential references. Either print off a copy of the form and ask the reference person to complete it and submit it to Tammy Jackson at the address on the bottom of the form, or direct them to this website.
