two different formats. Choose the format below which is best for your needs.
Formatta
This form tool is used throughout ELCA.org. See the notes below for versions and platforms. if you would like to complete the Application for Employment with

. This allows you to fill in the application on your computer and submit it electronically. (Preferred version)
Macintosh: You can install Formatta Filler for Mac for FREE on a Macintosh using OS X v.10.3 or later. Complete and save ELCA forms with further functionality and enhancements coming in the near future.

The Adobe Acrobat PDF is FREE software for viewing and printing Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Use this version 
if you would like to download the PDF, print out the Application for Employment and fill it out by hand. Then fax or mail to the following address:
