Constituent Support

• responds to inquiries through its Resource Information Service (800/638-3522).
  
• maintains the ELCA Constituent Information System (ECIS), which includes data and reports for congregations, agencies, institutions, rostered leaders and people using the ELCA services.
  
• provides mail and copy services for the Lutheran Center.
  
• coordinates the work of ELCA Resource Centers.
