Church Building Consultants

Church Building Consultants are a professional resource for congregations and ministries regarding building and renovation issues. MIF Church Building Consultants lead new-start congregations through the process of a church building program—from conceptual plan, loan application process and consultations with the congregation. For existing congregations and ministries, Church Building Consultants help develop financial plans for new projects, review drawings and construction contracts for loan applications, recommend sustainable building practices, and visit and assess in-process construction projects.
