For this assembly we have contracted a special rate of $131.00 (plus tax) per night, per room at the Orlando World Center Marriott. Room reservations must be made through the Office of the Secretary. Do not call the hotel directly. All plenary sessions will be held at the Orlando World Center Marriott. Voting members, advsory members, other guests and visitors will have an opportunity to request hotel reservations when you complete your registration materials.

Room and tax charges (incidentals not included) for voting members will be paid by the Churchwide Assembly for five nights, arriving August 14, 2011, and departing August 19, 2011, provided they share a room with another voting member. Visitors or guests sharing a room with a voting member are responsible for paying one-half of the total room and tax charges upon checkout (approximately $70 per night).
