Insurance Class Action Settlement We have completed distribution of the Insurance Class Action Settlement received last year, according to the claim forms submitted to the ELCA Office of the Treasurer during the required reporting period. All payments were issued on March 20, 2012. There were 150 responding claimant congregations and synods with an average settlement of $384.33 per claimant. |
