Application for volunteer opportunities opens on the Gathering website.
Application for financial assistance opens on the Gathering website, and will close on July 15, 2014. This assistance covers the cost of registration, and will be uploaded into congregational accounts before registration opens – so have your congregational ID ready. We have limited funding and there are no guarantees that those who apply will receive funding, but we will do our best to meet the needs of as many young people as possible. There is a limit of 10 applications per congregation.
Soft registration opens. Congregations may begin entering and saving participant information into their Congregational Accounts in the Gathering Registration database. The required information can be found on the Youth Gathering Registration Information worksheet. This includes the Multicultural Youth Leadership Event (MYLE) and Definitely-Abled Leadership Event (DAYLE).
Gathering registration officially opens. All information in the Gathering Registration database may be submitted. At this time you will be able to print the registration form in your Congregational Account. This will show the list of those registered as well as the amount owed. The Gathering registration fee is $375 per person. If you register before Jan. 15, 2015, the early-bird, discounted registration rate is $325. Registration for MYLE and DAYLE is $175 and includes housing and meals. You can pay the entire balance at this time, or send in deposits only. The non-refundable per-person deposit is $150. The primary leader should sign this form, send one check payable to the ELCA Youth Gathering (with your congregational ID number in the memo line), and mail the form and check to ELCA Youth Gathering, PO Box 798291, St. Louis MO 63179-8000.

Registration fee increases to $375
Gathering housing assignments will be uploaded into each Congregation Account.
Congregations may begin printing their rooming lists from their Congregational Account, and send them to their assigned hotel with the appropriate deposit, which is already calculated on the form.
Registration closes. This is the last day to make changes to your congregational group.
No registration refunds after this date. The $150 deposit is non-refundable, and there will be a $75 cancellation fee applied.
All congregations must pay their Gathering Registration balances in full by this date.
