Registration for this event opened Dec. 1, 2022, at 10 a.m. Central time

The registration fee includes access to the plenary sessions and workshops as well as participation in Presiding Bishop Elizabeth Eaton's opening reception and the Wednesday evening banquet and lunch each day.

Early Registration: Dec. 1 – April 21

Registration fee: $245

Regular Registration: April 22 – July 1

Registration fee: $295

Online registration will close on July 1.

If you plan to register children for Day Camp, you will be able to do so during the main event registration process. 3/29/23 UPDATE: In order to be able to offer this, we will need at least ten children registered by March 31, 2023.

On-site registration may be available for the full event and single day attendance. A credit card is required for registration.

SCHOLARSHIPS as of 3/7/2023 all scholarships have been distributed.

A limited number of scholarships are available. The priority deadline for applications is March 31.

REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you cannot attend the gathering once you have registered, the refund policy is as follows:

• Before June 1, 2023: Half (1/2), minus $25.50 administrative fee
• After June 1, 2023: No refund, except extraordinary reason(s):
  • Death
  • Severe illness
• Children’s Day Camp – no refund available
