Rostered Women of Color

Expressing stories of joy and pain, thankfulness and celebration, “God’s Faithfulness on the Journey” explores the stories of more than 40 ELCA rostered women of color. The essay-style collection of stories, poems, music and imagery gives voice to the women of color who serve faithfully throughout the church. The narratives chronicle a shared experience through the church’s call process while honoring the families, mentors and supporters who journeyed with them and give praise to an always faithful God.

All are welcomed and invited to learn and share in the experiences of how God has called and continues to call women of color as leaders for God’s work.
