EVALUATIONS

Note : Applicants that were funded in 2012/13, will find embedded within the Appication Process, a PDF evaluation form for completion.

"New applicants" e.g. organizations that are first-time applicants to the ELCA Domestic Hunger Grants program, or organizations that have not received funding for at least one year, do NOT have to complete the PDF Evaluation forms. Below are the evaluation forms that corresponds with the same category which your application is submitted.
