Domestic Hunger Grant Application Form The 2010 ELCA Domestic Hunger Grant application process has concluded.  The postmark deadline for sending in applications was June 30, 2009.

NOTE: Organizations may submit only one application per year and can be funded up to three consecutive years.  An organization can apply in subsequent periods by submitting an application annually.

You must have Formatta Filler - Full MB (3.17) installed on your PC computer in order to download and complete the application. The Formatta Filler program is available for free online for a PC or Macintosh.

The application and evaluation forms have been designed so that applicants may type directly onto the form, save, and print.  In some instances, the cursor may not appear right away when you click on a field in the form.  If this happens, begin typing and the data will appear in the appropriate location.
