Candidates approved for ordination, consecration or commissioning, reinstatement candidates and candidates from other church bodies will send ELCA Candidate Resume forms to assignment@elca.org and submit the Rostered Leader Profile to the churchwide database according to the schedule below. February 15–16, 2010 Assignment for candidates approved before January 11, 2010
November 16, 2009 Form D's begin to be available from ELCA seminaries
(Note: committees are asked to wait until after this date to hold approval interviews for February assignment in order to allow all faculties to debrief internships, account for growth, and hold their faculty meetings to produce this form necessary for synodical approval interview)
