A "Brief Summary of Actions" from the just-completed 2001 Churchwide
Assembly of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) has
been posted to the ELCA's Web site. It is posted in various formats
at http://www.elca.org/assembly/01/news.html on the Web. LutherLink
subscribers will also receive it. A news story summarizing the
assembly will be distributed via e-mail and posted on the ELCA News
Web site Aug. 17.
