CHICAGO (ELCA) -- Lutheran Disaster Response (LDR) was named May 11
as the 2010 "Member Organization of the Year" by the National Voluntary
Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD). LDR is a collaborative ministry
of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and The Lutheran
Church-Missouri Synod.
