Pamela Jolicoeur, President of ELCA's Concordia College, Dies

CHICAGO (ELCA) -- Dr. Pamela M. Jolicoeur, president of Concordia
College, Moorhead, Minn., died June 9 after suffering a stroke at her
home early in the morning, said Ron Offutt, chair of the college's board
of regents, in an e-mail message.
