ELCA Leaders Honor Concordia College President at Memorial Service

CHICAGO (ELCA) -- Leaders of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in
America (ELCA) and Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn., spoke at a June 14
memorial service of the gifts and accomplishments of Dr. Pamela M.
Jolicoeur, the college's president, who died last week after suffering a
stroke.
