CHICAGO (ELCA) -- Imagine having your next board of directors
meeting in a field, under a tree. The meeting includes delivering
research reports, sharing blueprints and decision-making. This was the
case for a group of people in Mumeya, Rwanda, for four years. Their
efforts yielded a new health clinic that serves 17,000 adults and 13,000
children.
