We will gather in beautiful Indianapolis, Indiana at the JW Marriot Indianapolis. Rooms, travel, and helpful info is provided below.
The Rostered Ministers Gathering will begin on Monday, July 6 beginning with opening Worship at 6:00 p.m. Eastern time. The gathering will conclude by noon Eastern time on Thursday, July 9.
Registration opens Friday, Jan. 9, at 10 a.m. Central time and closes Friday, June 5, at 11:59 p.m. Central time.

Gathering for One Mission
The Rostered Ministers Gathering invites ELCA deacons, pastors and bishops (under call, on leave or disability, or retired) and candidates approved for call to a time of intentional connection when we can renew our strength, enjoy camaraderie with colleagues and reflect on the Holy Spirit’s work among us.
The next ELCA Youth Gathering, a formation event during which tens of thousands of high school youth and adults converge on a city to serve, worship and learn how to lead lives of discipleship.
The primary decision-making body of the ELCA, it is a process of communal spiritual discernment. When the ELCA Churchwide Assembly convenes, its voting members meet with confidence in God’s grace around word and water, wine and bread, to carry on their work on behalf of the entire church.
