These grants are awarded to members of the ELCA State Public Policy Office (SPPO) network whose mission serves to further the goals and priorities of ELCA advocacy. Partners will submit plans to show how their state-based advocacy will support, complement, and collaborate with ELCA Witness in Society in areas of public policy work and civic engagement.
