Dr. Kao Nou L. Moua (she/her) has 20 years of experience working with marginalized young people as a youth worker, advocate and researcher in Missoula, Mont., and St. Paul, Minn. She is an assistant professor in the social work department at Augsburg University, where she teaches courses on youth work, anti-racist and anti-oppressive social work practices, and community organizing.
