Beyond the doors of our congregations is a world longing for community, justice and love. But for a lot of reasons, fewer people are willing or able to make the long spiritual journey across the thresholds of our churches. How might we bring the church to them? Following Jesus’ command to “go,” the ELCA, through the gift of a generous donor, is working to discover new ways to reach unchurched and dechurched people through new forms of ministry.
