Discover the ELCA Leadership Network, a new digital community designed to help all leaders across the ELCA connect more deeply, collaborate more effectively and co create for the sake of transformative ministry. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore how the platform strengthens relationships, supports shared learning and amplifies innovative leadership across the ELCA. Together, we’ll engage in peer to peer conversation, get hands on with key features of the network and imagine how digital tools can keep leaders better informed, inspired and connected to the work of the churchwide organization and to one another. Whether you’re curious, cautious or excited about digital community, this session will open the door to new possibilities for collective leadership.
